Our seven-step process developed by our San Diego web design team, delivers the highest level of competence throughout the development process.
Phase I: Building a Foundation
A meeting is setup with all of our clients in order to thoroughly discuss project specifications before coding and production begin. We strive to create the look and feel that our customers are looking for in a website, and emphasize professional web design service to cater to our clients’ need. Our staff works with each client individually to gather information, learn goals, and ultimately generate the greatest return on your investment.
- Phase II: Expanding the Foundation
Based on all of the information gathered and discussed during the initial meeting, we compose a proposal for our clients. This proposal outlines the price and time of development that will be required to construct the client-specific website. In addition, we develop a flowchart that reflects the website layout. In constructing a proposal and flowchart, we ensure that our client’s specific requirements and needs are met.
- Phase III: Comp Development
In the process of developing homepage comps, we take all the information that was gathered from our meeting and apply it into the comp design. After designing 3-4 high quality professional comps, we present them to our clients. Once a comp has been approved after feedback and comments, we move onto the next phase.
Phase IV: Navigation Layout
Here we will develop a set of choices for our clients to determine the design and layout of navigation pages throughout the site. Or, if the client has a specific layout they wish to execute, we will work closely to fulfill their plan. Navigation is key to a successful website, and we will ensure that navigation is informative and user-friendly. In this phase we will create a general template, develop the look and feel, plan a user interface design, construct usability design, and implement design and site organization
- Phase V: Coding and Implementation
Once the Navigation part of site is approved by the client, technical specifications and requirements are implemented by generating a code for the site. The code integration and implementation will be coordinated with our highly-skilled developers and designers taking into account all the details and features of the new site.
- Phase VI: Testing and Going Live
After coding has been finished, we will make certain that everything discussed in the proposal, comp development, and navigation plan was successfully executed. Testing is done on the site by our development team and client. Once the client decides to go live, we will then go live with the website.
Phase VII: Search Engine Optimization
Web Site Optimization for Search Engines- Integrate ModRewrite software into code so that URL’s are SEO friendly; Headers optimization; Site Titles optimization and Site description optimization. The success of your website depends on how much traffic it receives from the public. We will ensure that your website gets a good head start, and optimize it so that it is found by the most popular search engines.
